Terms & conditions:

By booking an appointment with Michelle, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated or amended by Michelle, at any time without prior notice.

Booking and Payment:

  • All appointments booked must be paid for in advance via our booking service and PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 7 days before the scheduled time without incurring any charges.

  • If cancellation or rescheduling is requested within 7 days before the appointment, a rescheduling option will be provided, but no refund will be issued.

  • No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment time.

  • Failure to attend the appointment, whether in person or via Zoom, will result in loss of the appointment and any monies paid.

 Late Arrivals:

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals will result in a decreased session, with no adjustment to the fees charged.

​Scope of Services:

  • Services provided by Michelle, including Psychic Readings, Pellowah Healings, Reiki Healings, Energy Healings and Sound Healings, are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.

  •  Michelle, does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional assistance for such matters.

Confidentiality:

  • Michelle, respects the privacy and confidentiality of her clients. All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following a reading or healings with Michelle.

  • It is understood that the interpretations and insights provided by Michelle, are subjective and should be considered as guidance rather than absolute truth.

Code of Conduct:

  • Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions with Michelle.

  • Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund provided.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

  • All content provided by Michelle, including but not limited to written materials, recordings, and graphics, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of Michelle’s content without prior written consent.

  • Michelle, disclaims any liability for decisions made by clients based on information received during sessions.

  • Clients engage Michelle's services at their own risk, understanding that psychic readings are subjective and should not replace professional advice where appropriate.
